Pickled cauliflower is better than Jesus (someone had to say it right?)
I usually grow a lot of cauliflower because even though cauliflower gratin is bomb AF - it's only 1 meal.
Pickling cauliflower means that you have sweet, vinegary goodness, all year round.
Combine this with cheddar cheese and fresh buttered bread and you officially become the boss of your hood.
Only pulled out 3 white moth grubs (happily living in the compost now).
White wine vinegar, water, sugar, cumin seeds, peppercorns, marjoram, oregano, thyme (all dried from last summer), shallots and you're good.
