I boil them down skin and all, cut them up, mouli them, push it all through a sieve (not pictured), boil it down with sugar and vanilla pod and then let it set and wrap.
People say 'ooooooo eat it with cheese', fuck that shit - thinly sliced on hot buttered toast with a hot cup of tea. Champion!
